Hourly Rate

Pay as you go / ad-hoc hours can be booked as and when needed and are charged at a fixed pay as you go rate, with no ongoing commitment. Payment due on receipt of invoice.

Pay as you go hours I can not always guarantee the time will be available for you that month.

Daily rates up to 8 hours - payments due within 7 days of invoice.

Monthly Retainers

A retainer package gives you a pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month to be used as needed. This allows you to budget monthly, without any surprise costs!

  • Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes

  • Packages do not carry over from month-to-month

Our Monthly Retainer packages require a 3 month minimum commitment. Retainer packages are paid in advance. Any additional time over the package will be billed at the end of the month with payment due within 7 days.

I specialise in assisting business owners in logo, marketing and stationery design, social media support including scheduling, caption creation and DM monitoring, inbox management and admin support.

I'm also happy to arrange a custom retainer - feel free to get in touch to discuss.

  • Identifying and flag emails for immediate action

  • Message sent to you with a brief of urgent emails for you to categorise which ones to action most urgently
